HeY, wHeRe DiD MaY gO?

Whoa! Stop! Hold your horses! Back the truck up!

Where did May go?

Mother's Day was lots of fun with lots of beautiful flowers,

candy, a DVD (personally autographed--Kirby Heybourne really misses me??),

and a yummy, chocolate Costco cake

(which incidently makes my husband gag.)

Friday the 13th., we were off to a wedding

at the Mount Timpanogos Temple.

(It was a gorgeous day!)

F.D. Momma-Dear was there along with so many others.

Chels and her cousin, Kaylee

(Chels had oral surgery the day before. She's a trooper!)

Here's Aunt Chris.

Outside, everyone anxiously awaited the bride and groom--the nieces and nephews...

along with the sisters of the groom

and many more!

And here they are!

(Jamie and Daniel)

The groom and his mother

(my little sister)

After the wedding luncheon,

we all relaxed until the reception.

The reception was at the Bungalow.

(Here are the brothers of the groom.)

F.D. Mom with three great niecies

Mom with little Ady

(Der and Marie came too!)

Even after the bride and groom left....

the dancing continued!

'Rock on!

The next morning, we met at IHop--Paul and Laura...

Kaylee and Kathy...

Katelin, Bridger, Gma, and Kristy...

Clay and more--

(but not the bride and groom).

Then back to the airport

(This is our rental car--so shiny, so cute--it would fit in the tiniest of parking places.)

The next weekend, the YM went on their 50 mile bike ride

from Virginia City to Fort Churchill & from the Lahontan Dam

to home. Here are some itsy, bitsy pictures.

Yours truly was the chauffeur and chief hotdog chef.

Memorial Day weekend,

Chet, Vance, and Eli were here.

We did the bowling thing.
(High score was 111.)

We're destined for the pro-bowling circuit!

Woohoo--they declared N8's birthday

a national holiday this year.

(We kidnapped the cousins for pancakes,

swam at the county pool until fingers were prunes,

and saw the action-packed, martial art film--"Kung Fu Panda 2".)

Finals week came and went.

(N8 still had to mow our lawns.)

Chelsie designed a rocket for Chemistry.

This is the second attempt at launch.

(The first went up a few hundred feet, banked sideways, and came down somewhat near a passel of P.E. kids who screamed accordingly as it thudded to the ground with a small explosion.)

Go, Rocket Girl!

The evening before school got out,

N8 received his Varsity Letter

at the Track Banquet.

He was also selected for the All-State Academic Team.

The last day of school...

we made "pizza brownies"

for the teachers.

(We made a lot.)

On Saturday,

Craig shaved the dog.

A rear-view

Then, last Sunday, N8 was ordained a teacher.

We had a family birthday party.

The bride and groom (who were honeymooning at Tahoe)

came too!

'Don't let me get this far behind in my blog again, okay?

I'm exhausted,

and

you're probably asleep!

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!
