A lAsT mInUtE EaStEr TrIp

Last Friday, we went on a last-minute
Easter Break trip to Virginia City,
and it would have been pretty fun
if...

Chels and N8 hadn't robbed the bank,

and been thrown in jail.
It would have been pretty fun if...
Chels hadn't been shopping for lingerie.
(Hmmm, 'looks somewhat similar to those
the YW made for their mom's!)

So, we headed up to Zephyr Cove.

(The water was low. You really shouldn't dive or jump off the pier.)

And, just hung out together.
Easter Break was GREAT!
(Only 7 more weeks of school 'til summer!)
Hurray!!!!

FaLlOn--It'S nOt JuSt A dEsTiNaTiOn--It'S a VaCaTiOn!

My little brother, Paul, and his wife,
Laura, came to Fallon to visit!
(Yea! No one ever comes here.)

Here he is riding the hillsides with his son,
Shawn.

And here is Laura, cruising alongside, with one of their children, Reagan.

Here's another daughter, Savannah, playing "Snorta"
with N8 (what's with the tongue???) and Chels.

Last, but not least, here's Chels, on the left, (holding Special Ed),

Savannah (in the middle), and Shelby on the right.
We're soooo glad that they came!
(We love them a lot!)

ThE tRaVeLiNg BaPtIsMaL pAnTs...

We've had these boys', white
baptismal pants,
and they're really kind of cool,
because as far as we know...
Jared wore them for his baptism.
Brandon, too.
We know that Darren wore them.
Nathan, too!
And on March 28th.,
Matthew was baptized in them also.
Those are great, little, white,
traveling, baptismal pants!

Last Thursday at 5:20 p.m., our family set off on a trip!

Our first stop was at Cedar City to see BJ and Cami.
We visited their Maggie-Moos.
N8 and Chels helped Cami make ice cream cupcakes.
They were yummy!
We then ventured south for 185+ miles.
We visited Der and Marie in Henderson.
(Der loves to have me take pictures of him.)

Saturday morning, we crossed Hoover Dam into AZ.

We went to Jared and Zoila's to see Matthew's baptism.
Here's a picture of Craig having a conversation with Alysia,
our youngest grandchild.

Jared baptized Matthew Saturday night.
We came home Sunday.
It was a great trip!
